Rossy was born in Bulgaria but grew up in the outskirts of Chicago. Rossy established Dracheva Law, LLC on the belief that the traditional practice of law is often flawed, designed to escalate conflict or be purely transactional. Rossy has chosen to be different and has implemented a unique method for serving families and small businesses by educating and empowering them to make informed decisions that best align with their individual needs, goals, and objectives. Her mission is to help clients pass on more than just their money and she encourages others to think of estate planning and business planning as the best way to live a full and meaningful life.
Disillusioned with the law, Rossy took a leave of absence from her legal career to focus on her family. After two years away, Rossy returned to the law to serve clients in a more humane way that keeps families out of court and out of conflict. As a proud mom, Rossy understands the importance of estate planning from both the perspective of a loving family member and an experienced attorney.
Prior to establishing Dracheva Law, Rossy spent several years practicing as a corporate immigration attorney at one of the top global corporate immigration law firms. She remains passionate about this area of law and continues to integrate it into her practice.
In 2010, Rossy graduated from DePaul University with college honors magna cum laude. Subsequently, in 2015, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
